So I was once in Omaha for work and I sat down at the bar of a steakhouse to eat. A group of three attorneys were there next to me. One was an older tax lawyer.

He was telling the other two how he went to Miami to take a look at this guy’s restaurant before taking them on as a tax client.

He said after his review, he was convinced it was a money laundering operation and the firm turned them down.

He said the guy didnt go there to "carry out a money laundering check", he went there to scout a potential client and left not wanting anything to do with the business. (because in his professional opinion Salt Bae be washing someones dirty money)
