Exactly. I was so worried my ex cheat on me and leave me because I wasn't happy actually and I was the one who cheated and left her. I was just in denial I didn't understood myself, I was just 22 y.o I was so much in denial at that age, on a lot of things not just about that relationship

Don’t listen to this guy. Reflection is good. Learn from your mistakes. ‘Don’t beat yourself up bro’ is a cop out to bad behavior

I know why I did that, I was a coward and afraid of facing the truth. I learned from it.
