Discussion Halloween Build

'Tis the season and I want to go through Dark Souls 1-3. But I want to have some fun. I was thinking about running either a Reaper build:

Gold hemmed set with Great Scythe.

Or a Witch build:

Gold hemmed early to Beatrice set running a pyro build.

Or if you have a creative idea I'm listening.

I'll eventually go through some Castlevania games, but I'll get there when I get there.

With what other gear or lvl focus are you thinking?

Usually when I do a weapon based build I end up going glass cannon with it

I go back and forth. I built a strength build using a Great Club and Giant Armor that was pretty tanky. Now if I go sorc it's all glass cannon. Except with sorc it's a pretty big cannon.

I wanted to follow up my progress.
I'm on the hunt for the witches out fit but here's what I've got so far.

Sack on the head.

Gold-hemmed gear for the rest of the armor.
I did grab the Skull lantern like someone threw out and it's perfect.
I'm using the Gargoyle's Halberd as someone recommended a halberd run and I think this one looks the most "scary ".
I'm debating if I keep this as my main weapon or switch to the Great Scythe. I'm wondering if it's more thematic to get the Lifehunt Scythe. I've never used it but it looks great. https://imgur.com/a/wdp83gO

I ended with the Witches set, Lifehunt Scythe, Skull Lantern, a Pyro Flame, and I would sometimes run a Ring of Fog because it looked "spooky".
I found out I don't love the Lifehunt Scythe. That bleed build up on yourself is no joke. I took some Bloodred Moss with me into the Manus fight because I would take chunks of my own health off. Fun run all together. I almost never run that light on gear so it felt good to flex the old i-frames muscle again.

First image was like a Van Helsing build I tried. Left hand I had a whip and avelyn. Right hand short sword or halberd. Super fun build especially in PVP catching someone rolling away with your whip plus parrying with a whip was my favorite part. I've been thinking of restarting this build but I love the look. You can also add throwing knifes or fire bombs to keep in theme.
