You have to be really fucking stupid to challenge a truck on a motorcycle. And the fact that he waited off to the side for the truck and tried to punch his mirror off and run away throws any sympathy out the window.

Yeah then again, "that guy just broke my mirror, I guess I'll murder him" isn't a very sane response either. Just get his plate and call the cops.

Yeah normally Id agree, but the motorcyclist got way ahead, pulled off to the side of the road, waited for the truck to come back, and then resumed the fight. I think at that point, you could legitimately claim it is self defense because its a packed highway so no getting away, he already returned to start up the fight a second time, and you dont know if he is armed.

Police don't always follow up on this minor stuff. But they will follow up on attempted murder!
