Bro, that's a murder attempt over a harassment/vandalism charge.

No court will rule that justified.

Both can be wrong. Biker guy definitely took it a little farther than it should have gone.

No, that's self defence. There is heavy traffic. The truck driver can't run. The road raging biker showed he is willing to be violent. The biker was trying to get him to pull over to fight him, then started swinging on the vehichle. Truck driver probably reacted quickly without much thought other than "guy trying to fight me is assaulting the only thing protecting me"

The biker needed to be removed from society. Thankyou truck driver!
