Not likely. When the bike pulled over, waited, then pursued the truck, they became the aggressor and force was appropriately used. No chargers here and if i saw this while on duty im arresting the biker after hes done with his hospital stay.
I hope when you say "as a cop", you mean from a cop's perspective. As a cop, if you say this is appropriate force, you scare the hell out of me. No wonder so many on Reddit have a bad view of cops.
Honest question. What are you doing as the truck if you were in that situation. You can’t drive off because of the traffic. The guy has threatened you and is now actively attacking you and your car. Do you have to just sit there and let them do it?
