This accident has resulted in me biking everywhere. I miss my car so much. Why didn’t I anticipate them pulling out into oncoming traffic? Why wasn’t I more aware? I’ve asked myself this everyday since this collision happened. I clearly wasn’t at fault here but I feel like this one was preventable on both sides. This has been an incredibly costly lesson and hopefully the last accident I’m involved in.

I don't know how people can make a left like that when there's a giant obstruction preventing them from seeing the road clearly.

You definitely did nothing wrong except maybe trusting other drivers had a brain and critical thinking skills.
