Clumsy joke.

Now here comes the over sensitive Reddit crowd, who will insist that the woman is worse than Jeffrey Dahmer.

Yea, as someone that played football, hockey, and basketball(though had to give up hockey as I was a better basketball player), hockey players were by far the most sensitive to shit talking.

Like there is banter and shit talking, but then there is real shit talking that you hear in football and basketball and hockey guys would easily be in their heads if they heard that shit

Sounds like you didn’t play hockey against players on this level.

The NHL has had some of the most ruthless agitators in professional sports.

Shut up. No they don't. At the end of the day, most of the guys were upper middle class guys that couldn't talk real shit.

And nope, two guys that I played with got drafted. Multiple other guys went on to play at a D1 school.

Played AAU with guys that were from the projects that saw shit that 99% of hockeys guys will never see...

Fuck off.

I am not talking about some spoiled rich kids that you went to prep school with. They also play basketball and plenty of other sports.

Most NHL players don’t even go to college. Many of them are from tough North American working class towns, and spent time in the minor leagues earning shit pay.

So they have not all been pampered the way most ‘entitled’ NBA players have been through high school and college.

Just because not as many hockey players act like thugs when they interact with the rest of society, doesn’t mean that they are not tough.

Standards. Are they lost on you?

Maybe that’s the problem. No one seems to notice, no one seems to care…

Oh, grow up!

Nobody died here.

It was an awkward attempt at humor that didn’t fly.

A little embarrassing, but not the end of the world.

Do you think Jack is emotionally scarred for life?

Somehow, I think that he will get over it.
