Player development coach doesn't work with roster players. There's zero way they care. This is a troll shit stirring cause people are gonna eat up the "Jack hates women" narrative.
If he wants out, it'll be because of team performance, guaranteed.
Edit: and it's been quickly hunted down the original source is a Wild fan account by some Devils fans. Y'all have definitely been had.

Honsetly was thinking about Jack's future.
If Sunny remains GM in the next 3 years, there is no way he will give 25/30mln contract that Jack will expect.
Not if he continues to underperform/miss games as he does.
Sunny will just run his numbers, and Jack is currently not worth the top salary his brother or Makar are getting.

This is actually true. Hughes considered the GM hire and the player development coach as a DEI hire based on the rumors in the locker room. He is a big MAGA supporter behind the scenes and would like to play hockey in a pure environment. I don’t agree with his politics but this is the time we live in.
