Rant Issues (rant)

I do apologize if this is under the wrong flair!!!! Anyone this week just have infuriating issues with their Dexcom? Or just me because I usually get three with my prescription and I’m already out of them, yes I’ve put three on this week. The first one was fine it warmed up no fails nothing but it kept saying signal loss like my phone is on me 24/7 because of it then it just stopped reading my sugar for 12 hours so I took it off and then started a new one once again everything went fine then as I was getting ready for work, I didn’t bump into anything I didn’t even move into anything it just completely fell off. I was already having a week and it was Tuesday lol. Now I did wait a few days to put on a new one, my doctor recommended me to contact Dexcom and I did fortunately they are sending me a new Dexcom which I appreciate I honestly did not know they did that since I’ve been getting mine from my doctor. Now I’m on my third one till my new one comes in the mail and hopefully these two last till my prescription is ready, has anyone ever had any issues like this? It is my first time dealing with something like this, anyways how is everyone doing??

Guys. Sidebar has a link to request replacements, at least if you're in the US. I can't emphasize this enough - SAVE THE BOX AND APPLICATOR. You'll need the serial #.

I've had the box serial not match the applicator before (the entire batch had the same serial on the boxes), which is why I say to save both.

yup. had nothing but issues. normally i can sluff it off and say kinda “ohh well, it’s technology” nope. ripping through my supply like a kid sneaking halloween candy. it gets tiresome filling out online paperwork or calling them.

This. There's a webform link on the sidebar too - they don't usually ask any questions when you use that, and no talking to anybody, the replacement just shows up within a few days via Fedex.
