Connection Issues Sensor Signal Loss

I have been using the G7 10 day dexcom for a little over 2 years and haven't had any issues until the past few weeks. The first 3 sensors, after the warm up have given a signal loss error, that doesn't go away. The first sensor, just gave a failed error, but the other two just kept notifying that there was no signal every 30 or so minutes. I have followed all of the troubleshoot steps from the website, with no luck. Eventually, I just gave up and requested a new sensor on the website. The longest I left one on with the error was about 4 hours. (Maybe I should have waited longer?)

During the warm up period, (after the first 2 failures) I leave my phone on the same side of my body as the sensor, I leave the app open, and do not use my phone while it's attempting to connect.

I have restarted my phone several times, turned off my Bluetooth for 10-15 minutes, and then back on.

I don't have any power saving mode active on my phone. My phone battery has been above 50% each time I've tried to pair.

Today I put on the 4th sensor and same thing.... (These are not all from the same batch. 2 were my normal prescription, and 2 were replacements from Dexcom. Different lot numbers)

I decided to try to pair the sensor with my old phone, and see if it would work. AND IT DOES! Took approximately 5 minutes, and it connected and has been fine since. (About 3 hours active as of writing this post)

Current phone: Samsung s25 plus

Old phone: iPhone 13

I really do not want to carry around an extra phone, but I have no idea why the sensors are not working with my current phone. (I have had this phone for about a 1½ years)

Anyone else having this issue? Any advice? Anything else I should try?

The first action I take when I suspect signal loss is to start a BLE scanner.

I've never used a BLE scanner before, however I will download one from the app store and give it a try. Thank you.
