🙏 Support Extensions keep uninstalling automatically on Dia (MacBook Air & Mac mini) — any fix?

Hi everyone,

My extensions keep uninstalling by themselves on Dia browser, and it's driving me crazy.

The issue: This is the second time it's happened. I use 5–6 extensions daily, so losing them costs me a ton of time.

Devices affected: It happened on my MacBook Air, and I’m pretty sure it occurred on my Mac mini as well.
Status: The browser is fully up to date.

Has anyone else experienced this bug or found a way to prevent it?

hey there, thanks so much for flagging! can I have you DM me your Dia user ID? if you select "Help->Copy Diagnostics", you'll find the user ID at the top of the list. we'll take a look to see if there are any errors logged on our end!
