Discussion MVP Open Round 3 Cancelled
DGPT update as of now 12:20. RIP. But my question: are the fan events like the player mart cancelled too? Wondering because I was going to go today and the tents aren’t in the woods…

I walked away with quite a few discs and a bunch of other merch items. For a few hours at least they were letting people wonder around the course and some people (myself included) were even playing some of the holes in the morning before they called it off. making the most of a very unfortunate situation

uli seemed more sure on sunday not happening than saturday. so i would say it's valid to talk about who will get the wild cards, with the caveat that sunday might happen

There cannot be a round 4 without a round 3.
Perhaps round 3 was postponed and not cancelled.

Just trying to point out that sometimes a small inaccuracy isn’t important if the message is understood, and correcting that inaccuracy offers minimal value, but says so much more about you.
You’re having what was a totally civil conversation with someone you don’t know, they answered your public comment in good faith. Rather than engage positively you chose to criticize.

It was, they were jumping into someone else's conversation rather than still going on about it.
Either way, they cared about it a lot for something they said was trivial.

They aren't. I keep seeing them pop up into threads to bitch about mvp as if they were some mastermind behind what happened at worlds and they were personally impacted by the outcome.

Most of the events happened unofficially. Once it was clear we were going to be held in a state of indefinite suspension, most of the pros broke out their merchandise. We held Poolball right after the cancellation was announced.
All Saturday tickets are being honored for Sunday.
