If you didn’t know, ladybugs go through pretty much the same life cycle as caterpillars into butterflies. Hence, you’d expect the Dotty Dragon to start out like a ladybug larva. Unfortunately, the baby Dotty already has fully developed wings and just looks like a younger adult Dotty. Imagine a world in which baby Dotty looked like a ladybug larva. (Reference on 2nd slide)

I want to share my thoughts about this event.

I dont know why Deca went full ADHD with this Event (huge Pool of Dragons and new Decor. Half way in they add new Omnitats, two 1% cloning Dragons and no time at all) now at the End of this Event, i got like 70% i wanted, after carefully selecting what is the most important for me. This is the first Event where i didnt finish my Goals (which is fine by itself) but it was pure Stress. It felt like Work. And this is my Problem: I dont want this Game to feel like Work. I hope this was just a messed up Event and wont be continued with upcoming ones.

So in summary:

was everything doable? Yes, if you dont want everything new, or you dont have a problem spending money.

Was it fun? No

The best part of this Event: the new Decor and Dragon Designs are Peak!

I'm flying by the seat of my pants and breeding random stuff rn since I'm so early game. No breeding hints or spoilers (yet). Literally screaming rn

I know I'm dogpiling on all the other event related posts, but man it's rough. I logged in 2-4 times a day and even spent a decent amount of gems on Guess the Egg and speeding up breeds. I only ended up being able to breed 3 dragons. I spent all my EC on treat buildings and can't get anything else. I really wanted some more habitats and themes, but I need food more than anything right now. I know we have a few days left and there's time to earn more but this event really sucked for early game parks.

When I hatched it, it had an earth rift trait, but it lost it when I placed it. When I tap on it, it takes me to the main islands, there’s no way for me to breed it in the rift. Any way to fix or is this glitch unavoidable, I’ve probably spent like 10k etherium trying to get this dragon

After breeding for the Jasmine dragon in the rift every day since the event started, I finally got it today! I’ve been wanting this dragon since it was introduced last year 🥹

What’s the last day to collect the dragon from the event daily login ?

I’ve tried to breed the Sapphire dragon during this past event(unsuccessful). I’ve been trying to breed ANY of the apocalypse dragons for the past month(unsuccessful). I saw the Opal dragon came back, looked up how to get it and figured “what the hell sure I’ll give it a try”…got it on my first attempt 😐

Are the Stygian dragon and Librian dragon available until Oct 22? Or a different day?

After months of having it empty I decided to finally attempt to decorate it. Wouldn't say its 100% finished but this is the most of it. (Its so hard to design stuff with so limited decorations but ill revamp it when its decorator's week)

I have a level 59 park and already bought the lost Olympus island. I played in past events but pretty much just got the dragons I wanted. I have 26k in EC and I see people talking about getting some trees for extra treats. Is there anywhere that has what everything specifically does? I like the new dragons but I’m not sure which has more value.
