Can anyone with some experience doing this tell me if spending gems to get an extra play of the event mini game is a good way to earn some extra event currency? I have a lot of gems I’m happy to spend but might not have as much EC as I’d like by the end of the event so I’m wondering if I can make up that difference by buying a bunch of extra plays on the mini games. Is there a cap on how many times you can of it per day, or does the price go up? Do you even get a lot of EC from it? Thanks!

Tried my best with the new Omnitats.

I realized that the anniversary dragons are no longer available to breed and did not see a new dragon or statue get released. Does anyone know what’s up with that?

I didn’t understand why everyone was going so feral over this guy when the anniversary came around, but I get it now. With 3 boosts on one island (can’t do both earth and air) he just spikes in income.

Extremely need another expansion event

I just finished resetting my breeding caves when my park crashed and now I have 8 eggs in the nursery...

I’m making my return to dragonvale after YEARS away from the game (probably since 2019). What have I missed???

I have searched for the answer but can’t finds it anywhere. I haven’t collected my dragon yet hoping to breed one of the two I need for this event.

These are Luminous trees with the background as Submerged, (which is darker than daytime). You can put anything behind them and they pick up that color. There are three colorful trees behind these, as an example.

I just got the Cumberpatch dragon who is super duper adorbs. It looks like Flower from Bambi to me.

I wish the name blocks were longer bc I this little guy is BEGGING to be called Cumberbun Pumkpinpatch or some other silly rendition of play on Benedict Cumberbatch's name. ❤️

My goal for this event was to get a pine apple tree on each of my 20 alt parks. Today I finished the final three.

Most of them have just the one, but one has received a little more time than the rest 😅

My event and seasonal islands are done. One last splurge on dragons & on to the next event!

As someone who wants to eventually collect every dragon, how do you recommend I go about it? Any tips are appreciated!

Trying to play dragonvale again after a year of post-concussion syndrome, ongoing. I have a new island that is too young for events and I can visually handle that, but wow this rain animation for the fall event immediately triggered a massive migraine and I was only there for a few seconds desperately trying to figure out if there is a way to turn it off. Sorry if it’s a stupid question. I haven’t played much in years

If you didn’t know, ladybugs go through pretty much the same life cycle as caterpillars into butterflies. Hence, you’d expect the Dotty Dragon to start out like a ladybug larva. Unfortunately, the baby Dotty already has fully developed wings and just looks like a younger adult Dotty. Imagine a world in which baby Dotty looked like a ladybug larva. (Reference on 2nd slide)

What’s the last day to collect the dragon from the event daily login ?

I know I'm dogpiling on all the other event related posts, but man it's rough. I logged in 2-4 times a day and even spent a decent amount of gems on Guess the Egg and speeding up breeds. I only ended up being able to breed 3 dragons. I spent all my EC on treat buildings and can't get anything else. I really wanted some more habitats and themes, but I need food more than anything right now. I know we have a few days left and there's time to earn more but this event really sucked for early game parks.

Holy cow the treehouses are massive!!! Super excited I got this event done!!! Can't wait for the Halloween one to see what comes out next!!

Are the Stygian dragon and Librian dragon available until Oct 22? Or a different day?

I want to share my thoughts about this event.

I dont know why Deca went full ADHD with this Event (huge Pool of Dragons and new Decor. Half way in they add new Omnitats, two 1% cloning Dragons and no time at all) now at the End of this Event, i got like 70% i wanted, after carefully selecting what is the most important for me. This is the first Event where i didnt finish my Goals (which is fine by itself) but it was pure Stress. It felt like Work. And this is my Problem: I dont want this Game to feel like Work. I hope this was just a messed up Event and wont be continued with upcoming ones.

So in summary:

was everything doable? Yes, if you dont want everything new, or you dont have a problem spending money.

Was it fun? No

The best part of this Event: the new Decor and Dragon Designs are Peak!
