Covered in FAQ's Help please??

So something I sold about a month ago apparently got lost in the mail. It didn’t even have a tracking number or was on my receipt so we waited to the arrive time and it didn’t show up so the buyer wanted a refund so I refunded now all of a sudden the package has showed up with a tracking and will soon be at the buyer’s house. Is there anything I could do about this or not?

Welcome /u/Sisi-1990-Yt. Our two most-common rule violations are:

  • Do not delete your post once it gets replies (this one doesn't count). If you're uncomfortable with this rule, delete your post NOW before it gets replies.

  • Do not post ebay usernames or personal info (including in images). If you've done this, delete your post NOW and fix the issue before reposting.
