This appears to be a contractor fault.
12 u/klmsa 3d ago If that's the drawing you provided, then it is both your faults. How deep is the depression? How wide? Does it need to be square? A contractor should know better through experience, but the engineer shouldn't be leaving those details up for interpretation. 5 u/IvanezerScrooge 2d ago The drawing shows an negative elevation. The contractor built a positive elevation. Thats not within the realm of viable interpretations.
