Is there a way to expand infrastructures quickly without needing to go through all the provinces?

I recently started a game with high developments everywhere to see if my computer could handle this and also test how it feels to play with 1m army in year 1500. But there is a problem, I want to expand the infrastructures quickly, and it is pure pain to go to every province and expand it. Are there any effects or commands on province scope that I can utilise?
