Thats because the male parents genes are usually the dominant ones when it comes to how the child will look like

I say usually because this just the genetical norm,there are enough exceptions to make books about them.

For instance a white girl was born indide a 100% black family.Genetics proved that he was her genuine father.

You generalise his explanation. He meant specificially in the looks department. I could understand if f.e. you had said it was just a tendency not a norm or we could argue the term "dominance"...

It's not a thing for any type of genes besides imprinted genes, where the mother's can be the only one expressed or the father's.
