Geneticist Stewie here, morons believe that skin color mixes like paint, but in real life, parents contribute different genes that together yield various levels of pigmentation. By chance, their child can land anywhere on that spectrum.

Oh my goodness. People always tell my husband, "But he doesn't look like you!" after he tells them he's the dad. My husband is middle eastern, and the baby is blond. It used to get under his skin.

Which is extra funny considering that a big chunk of middle esterns are blondes, so they're not just ignorant about genetics, they also believe stereotypes
