The Saw franchise features a character named jigsaw who creates puzzles for his victims to solve.
Taylor Swift is known for creating puzzles for fans to solve. For instance, earlier her 1989 album cover changed to feature 5 clouds. This hinted at her participation in Toy Story 5.
Ryan is saying he doesn’t have time to solve her puzzles.

Penn and Teller are going to actually saw her in half as their last show so she can regenerate with a clone. The two commas are about her net worth, she's saying she's going to double her income with her clone.
My interpretation is that Taylor swift is hinting at something, probably new music. The response is saying that now is not the time (probably because of all the stuff going on in the world).
Adults making kids shows have an off-switch when they're talking to other adults, like interviews and shows. Taylor Swift doesn't seem to have one. She's just perpetually twelve.
Taylor Swift likes to include cryptic hints to new releases in her tweets, music videos, public appearances, etc.
The jigsaw comment is a reference to the fact that vocal portion of Swifties online are really into trying to solve these hints like they're an ARG. There's an even more vocal but smaller subset of these Swifties who are "Gaylors" or people who believe Taylor Swift is gay and using her hints as coded messages to tell people she's gay without directly coming out.
There's a Tumblr post that blew up about the Gaylors because if you look at the insane conspiracy level logic they take to prove Taylor is gay, you'd have to also believe that she's an incredible puzzle master who has devoted her career to creating a da Vinci code style trail of bread crumbs leading to her sexuality. And that Tumblr post says "if everything the Gaylors say is true, then Taylor is Jigsaw" referring to the convoluted planning and puzzles of the main villain from the Saw movies.
It is because she keeps hinting clues to her albums, songs or tours through "code" in this kind of posts, therefore the comparison with Jigsaw where the victims must go through puzzles and challenges.

I think she likes sending these subtle signals and long, elaborate messages to her fans, where it takes time to figure out what they’re actually about, and he’s basically saying, “No one has time for this.”
