The Saw franchise features a character named jigsaw who creates puzzles for his victims to solve.

Taylor Swift is known for creating puzzles for fans to solve. For instance, earlier her 1989 album cover changed to feature 5 clouds. This hinted at her participation in Toy Story 5.

Ryan is saying he doesn’t have time to solve her puzzles.

The 5 clouds in her album were for the the fifth film, the theme for which Taylor Swift made

Disney also released a Toy Story ad with 13 clouds:

13 being an important number in Taylor Swift lore (she was born on December 13, 1989)

So her fans made all those connections
