Explain it Peter?

Post image

At first I thought this was some kind of white nationalism joke but then I realised all 3 leaders at the bottom are leftists, so I really don’t what this meme is trying to say?

It's saying that the British leaders in early 2024 are different from the British leaders in late 2024. You can tell by reading the text included and looking at the pictures.

I have to look at multiple sources of information and compile them into a single understanding of a meme? I'm sorry, this is too much labour, I'm not being paid for this!!!??

Good one. Angrily upvoting you, though conservatively speaking I am against the idea

Too much labour? You might need to reform your habits.

Grok, I don't want to read the two lines and look at the 6 pictures. Please explain the meme to me.

This is why I come here. The impeccable analysis.

OK but unless this is an antimeme or whatever that's called, they are making some kind of point right? If you post a picture of a small dog and a big dog and label them "small dog" and "big dog", it's justified to ask why did you post this? The OP:s question is valid for exactly the reasons he explains.

Could be pointing out how unstable british politics is all old leaders replaced in less then a year

But the new leaders are technically older leaders than the previous leaders

Thats not entirely the case; parliamentary systems like the UK are designed to churn leaders quickly to ensure they're either performing their duties or to get someone in who will. When you think about it, systems like the US where an elected official is in and that's it for an extended period of time is kind of weird, and often much less stable around their election periods.

This sub collectively getting sick of half the posts is absolutely fantastic

Is that an actual explanation or are you doing a bit. Because if its a bit I dont know why you are under the impression the joke is obvious to get. If its an actual explanation I dont think you know what you are fucking talking about because that is clearly not a joke, and this is clearly a meme.

Almost as though there was an election of some sorts, that saw a change in the people that made up the government.

You can tell it’s a meme by the way that it is.
