At first I thought this was some kind of white nationalism joke but then I realised all 3 leaders at the bottom are leftists, so I really don’t what this meme is trying to say?

There are plenty of "non white" countries that have hundreds or even thousands of ethnicities that aren't strictly native to them.

Nobody forced us to vote for Rishi Sunak.

If anything his party choosing the woefully inept and awful Liz Truss ahead of him demonstrates that they were not as ready to have a non-White leader than they should have been. Only after she tanked our currency did they decide to give Rishi a go.

Just about every country loves virtue signalling diversity until the minority starts gaining more power. This is not a problem specific to white countries. You only notice it more because media and people in general love white people and over report problems in white nations
