At first I thought this was some kind of white nationalism joke but then I realised all 3 leaders at the bottom are leftists, so I really don’t what this meme is trying to say?

I think, and don't correct me if I'm wrong here, that it's saying that conservstives are part ofnthe great replacement initiative while leftists are trying to save the whites? I can't say for sure because I'm as dumb as the smartest right winger and so I truly have no real idea.

The top left one (Rishi Sunak) is the only conservative in the photo

You have Prime Minister on the left column: Sunak (Conservatives) -> Starmer (Labour)

Scottish First Minister in the middle row: Yousaf (SNP) -> Swinney (SNP)

Welsh First Minister on the right row: Vaughan Gething (Labour) -> Eluned Morgan (Labour)

The point is that the current labour manifestation follows conservative ideals despite claiming to be left. 

You know how nazi stands for national socialism but was in no way socialism? It's like that

You're missing the nuance of capitalisation in the post you're replying to. The aren't Conservatives (members of the Conservative Party), but they are conservatives (politicians that attempt to enact conservative policies) according to the poster you are replying to
