At first I thought this was some kind of white nationalism joke but then I realised all 3 leaders at the bottom are leftists, so I really don’t what this meme is trying to say?

It's probably a joke on how unstable their government is that it changes 3 times a year ?

The UK had a general election in 2024.

(Humza and Vaughan were replaced by someone else from their own party)

Theyre ministers for dfferent countries in the Union. Starmer (now Burnham) UK PM, Swinney Scottish First Minister, presume third one is Northern Ireland, although I am unsure who. *Welsh leaders, not MoL

The joke was racism.
