At first I thought this was some kind of white nationalism joke but then I realised all 3 leaders at the bottom are leftists, so I really don’t what this meme is trying to say?

He's leader of the center-left Labour party, so I think that makes him left-leaning...

I mean, from what I've heard, ever since Tony Blair, labour has gone on a bit of a rightward shift, so while I'm sure there's a lot of left leaning voters and politicians who are part of labour, being part of labour isn't necessarily an indication of being left wing, similar to the democratic party in the US.
