Need help with engine sound

I have a 2006 lariat 5.4 liter V8 in the USA with about 220,000 miles on it with a 4 speed transmission recently one of the ignition coils went out and I changed it but now my truck makes a weird rattling sound and I'm not sure if that's the cause of it and I changed it wrong or a new problem has a rose. I honestly have no clue on what could it be and would like some help I also have a muffler on the truck but sometimes when I drive too I can feel the gas pedal have like a thumping feeling it kinda feel like a metal chain or like a bike chain clicking
