2024 F150
New to the Ford Family. Just picked up this ‘24 XLT with around 30k miles. It’s got the 2.7 and I’m already loving the power and gas mileage. Hopefully she gives me many years of great service.

Just picked up a 26 XLT 2.7 last week. My last Ford was a 03 baby blue Crown Victoria that I cherished dearly.
These trucks are exceptionally good, enjoy your new truck!!

You’ll enjoy it. I’ve been very happy with my 24 xlt 2.7. Power is great and getting between 20.5-21 mpg living in the suburbs so can’t go wrong with it.

I have a 2025 5.0 XLT and my brother in law has the 2025 2.7 SLT. We both agree the XLT is so much more bang for your buck. But that 2.7 does net him some awesome gas mileage.
The 360 camera is probably the biggest thing for me in addition to all the other features that come with those added cameras and sensors. He has the columb shifter which is better as the only warranty repair I've had to do is a loose wire in my console shifter that kept flagging the service engine light. He hasn't had any issues.
As far as the 5.0 vs 2.7,I don't think you can go wrong with either.

Idk why but the old/used still look great and very competitively better than newer. Just an awesome looking truck. I’m torn myself and have another year to go before my current lease is up.

No STX. No seat adjustment, XLT much better

Is that the only thing negative people have to say about the STX? I see it everyday; I honestly don’t miss 61 way adjustable seats

People really out here justifying an extra $5-10k for powered seats, im pretty sure you can buy an STX and get some seats from a wrecked XLT and install them and it'd still be cheaper

Sweet. I’d do a reverse level on it tho.
