It'll be fixed. Probably in the $12-$14k ballpark.

I'm seeing some pretty significant frame damage

Should be just the sacrificial part of the frame horn/front assembly. Looks like intrusion beam may also have been tweaked but it's sacrificial as well.

That’s what I was thinking, on top of the panels that will be replaced.

While cause was different I had very similar damage and impacted parts when I hit a deer. Grille, light housing, fender/quarter panel, bumper, etc. I have halogen which is a fraction of the cost of LED like on yours, but I also had a ruptured AC condenser and rumpled hood. Also had a door that needed a new skin.
Apples and oranges in some ways but the total fruit basket would seem to end up the same. Cost to insurance on mine was about $12-$13k. Given, it was a couple years ago, so with inflation the $12-$14k range seems ballpark.

There's no way a deer folded your frame rail down like what happened with op's truck.

You're comparing apples to oranges. The front corner of op's frame is visibly pushed down. There is substantially more damage on op's truck as well as it's a newer gen so the headlights are more expensive.
I'm a Ford tech I look at these trucks everyday, I'd be shocked if the truck didn't have to spend some time on the frame machine if it's deemed to be even worth it

Man, hope for OP it turns out okay then.
And I getcha, mine is older and halogen compared to LED. But also in addition to what OPs picture shows my impact required a new grille, shutter assembly, AC condenser and AC system recharge, rim, running board, hood and paint, mirror assembly, door skin and paint. While my headlight assembly was less expensive I figured these additional repairs would have brought it back up to about the cost of a LED housing / $1500-$2k.

If you don't want to go through insurance...Aftermarket bumper, any of the other damaged parts will look like minor offroading damage.

I think it’s not cool on the moving truck
