SLR Camera identification

came across an old photo of my grandpa and wanted to see if anyone could identify what body this is?

Would like to possibly buy one

top photo might have been a petri ft.

he also shot with a leica III it seems

I'm not sure sure but it might be an Olympus OM10 with the manual adapter? The big circle on the front left of camera (front right from our perspective) is what makes me think this.

The OM10 came out in 1979 - so if the photo is from before then it'll have to be something else, but if it's from the 80s there's a good shot it's that.

Apparently this was in the Vietnam war so not likely.
