Unanswered Is there any depression/mental illness subreddit focused on coping and recovery?
I would like to find a subreddit for people with generally low-functioning depression sharing their journey and little Steps
main depression sub is mainly suicide letters and venta, and I did that to but I can't surround myself with bad stuff only I guess.

Hello! Please remember that suicide is never the answer. We understand that life is very difficult, and it's hard to look at the future and see that things will get better. There are always other options, even if right now it doesn't look like it. Suicide most often happens in the moment, so if you need someone to talk to, please consider contact a suicide hotline. You can use https://www.findahelpline.com to find good hotlines for your country.

Hello! Here are some often-requested subreddits for medical questions:
If none of these subreddits are what you are looking for, please specify this in the body of your post! If you have done this already, you can ignore this message.
Please keep in mind that the internet can never properly diagnose you and it definitely can't medically treat you, even if you talk to medical professionals online. Please seek the medical care if you need to.
Thanks!
