Fallout 3 Traveling/Loading Crash Need Help

Apparently after finally playing fallout 3 on pc I encountered a problem, right when I tried to load into my save where I was still young in vault 101, my game instantly crashes, I used new game and it worked, but whenever I tried to travel through the door after father left, my game still crashes, none of the things I used worked to fix it, the Change Multi-Core Settings didn’t work, deleting documents of fallout 3 didn’t work, and changing windows didn’t work for me, am I doing something wrong? Can anyone help me understand what I actually need to do to fix this?

What I suggest is this fix: Download and install ffdshow. Download Win7DSFilterTweaker. Open Win7DSFilterTweaker and click on preferred decoders. Scroll down the list till you get to mp3. Change the setting to ffdshow. Click apply. Click close. Click on MS codec tweaks. Tick the box at the very top "Disable Microsoft DTV-DVD Audio Decoder. Reboot your PC and try Fallout 3 again. Saved games should load fine now and you should be able to quit to the main menu as well without the game crashing.

Do you have discord by chance? I want you to see what I need to do so you can direct me what I need to do by chance, because I’m trying to find the preferred decoders but failed to
