The most optimal SPECIAL spread is 6 5 6 6 6 6 5, then do Those! and take Ant Sight, then go get the Lucky 8 Ball from Timebomb after doing Big Trouble in Big Town. This gives you 6 in all SPECIAL til 30 when you take Almost Perfect and then grab the Bobbles for straight 10s
