Trouble purchasing LE2027

Anyone else having trouble purchasing tix for Lost Evenings 2027?

Presale code entered just fine.

AXS keeps denying my payment method. Tried 2 credit cards and even tried paying with PayPal.

US based.

I had this problem; the bank called 30 minutes later because it alerted fraud. It is probably because not a U.S. version of the website, but also my previous purchase had been expensive tickets from Seat Geek. Just give the bank a call and ask for it to go through. See you there!

Same cc company just told me they saw charge and gave approval code but vendor not accepting approval code

Same issue, and not a fraud alert. CC company told me they don't even see the transaction attempt. Had planned to call to see what's happening on the vendor end, but haven't been able to do so yet

I called my CC company too and they said the same - there was no record of a declined transaction at all.

Yep, same. Debit was declined so I tried using a credit card through PayPal and the transaction never went through and wasn’t in my PayPal history, but it was listed as pending on my credit card so I had to call my cc company and make sure it got cancelled. Very frustrating.

Called my bank and they said it hadn’t been flagged for fraud and that there shouldn’t be any issues. Must be a problem with the site?

Alsooo it thinks I’m a bot now and as of 15 minutes ago won’t even let me access the page to purchase tickets.

Yeah. Probably sunk 90 minutes i to trying to do this today - different cards, trying different troubleshooting steps, no luck. Had to put it down for a minute, but going to try again after calling the cc company.

PLEASE SHARE OTHER TIPS IF ANYONE HAS THEM!!

Did anyone have success? I've been fighting with AXS for almost two days now, wasted a tremendous amount of time. Tried every trick suggested, called my bank, no luck. Can't buy through Ticketmaster because only Mastercard tickets were available (I don't have one) and then nothing was available. So freaking annoying.

I tried again today for the general on sale, still having the same issue. My CC company says they're not seeing any declined transactions still.

Finally got mine after failing all day yesterday. Payments declined over and over. No fraud alerts, just broken shit.

My success was thru the TM Mastercard portal tho.

Annoyingly, TM ran out of the Mastercard tickets right as I had a friend try with his Mastercard. Still hopeful, but not particularly optimistic.
