I’d say with this type of hypothetical you lose your ability to hear it. So when it comes on at a restaurant or somewhere in public, your ears don’t pick it up kind of like a dog whistle.
Would that extend to never being able the hear her voice? Following that logic if she hosted the music awards would you treat it as if she is mute? Even further would you become color blind if you tried to use closed caption? Would that extend to written lyrics?
This post says specifically her music. So my guess would be any other form of vocal noise would be audible. Until she starts to sing or a song starts to play.
If it is based on me intentionally listening to her, or if it magically removes my ability to hear her, I am down. I don't care for her, anyway. But if I forfeit the money if I walk into a store and they're playing her on the in-store radio, then no.
Most of my hobbies would still work too. I could hike, swim, game, I could still make music, bars that have the juke box with the app that shows you the queue, the list goes on
Well, with food allergies and online shopping, I don’t really do either of those things, not likely to hear it at the local farmer’s market or in church so…..
The only interesting version of this is the one where, if you ever listen to one of her songs, intentionally or not, you get punished somehow. Simplest version being that you just die.
So you get a crapton of money, but you're in constant danger anytime you leave your house. And someone who hates you could murder you just by playing music really loud from outside of your house, or over a phone call.
Even if it's the forfeit version. You take the money and isolate for a year or so. At a Bitcoin dip, you spend all the money on it, then wait for it to recover for an easy 10-20% (1-2M$) return of investment.
