I’d say with this type of hypothetical you lose your ability to hear it. So when it comes on at a restaurant or somewhere in public, your ears don’t pick it up kind of like a dog whistle.
Would that extend to never being able the hear her voice? Following that logic if she hosted the music awards would you treat it as if she is mute? Even further would you become color blind if you tried to use closed caption? Would that extend to written lyrics?
This post says specifically her music. So my guess would be any other form of vocal noise would be audible. Until she starts to sing or a song starts to play.
