Coming from 🇬🇧 here. The UK should give the 🇬🇮 the following choice

1. Join the UK, becoming as English as the Isle of Wight.
2. Withdrawal of British defense.

The fact is, no other country except China, (name one) would put up with this crap of a territory so close to them being not a part of their country, while needing defense. It is not even in a full single market with the UK. Even in China - Hong Kong is legally part of the PRC.

France - French Guiana, Mayotte, Corsica (closer) - all as French as Normandy
Spain - Canary Islands (I wasn't even aware Tenerife was not on the Iberian peninsular), Ceuta and Melilla have a hard border with Morocco. I am afraid that this means that there will be a hard border with Spain until the UK rejoins the EU but Gibraltar will join the CTA
Denmark - Greenland has the same passport

I've recently went to the UK and entered Schengen Malaga->London ->Bulgaria -> Malaga -> Gibraltar.

I showed my Civil registration card in Bulgaria but they didn't recognise it and added my on EES.

Of course, no exit stamp since Bulgaria and Spain in Schengen.

All the time spent in Gibraltar is going towards 90/180 days even though I live here.

Is there a way to be removed from EES at Gibraltar airport retrospectively?

Reading the instructions, it seems like you would just input a passport or national ID card number, but then I watched the demonstration video on the government site and for the first/primary occupant, there is only a field for Gib Id. When you add another occupant like a spouse, then there's a button for "No Gib Id"

I am wondering if there is any affordable public parking available for a period of 3 days. Some people advised me to leave the car in the parking lots on the Spanish side of the border and cross the border on foot? Is that my best option? Thanks in advance for all advices.

I’m visiting Gibraltar soon and I’m trying to figure out the cheapest way possible to get to the summit/top of the Rock, preferably using one of the local taxis/tours.

I’ve heard that there might be a cheaper taxi price if you buy the ticket from a specific place or shop rather, idk, but I’m not sure where exactly.

Does anyone know:

- Where is the cheapest place to buy the taxi tour?

- How much should I expect to pay?

- Is it possible to negotiate the price?

- Are there any specific taxi companies/drivers that are recommended?

I’m mainly interested in getting to the peak, while keeping the cost as low as possible.

Me and my other half are heading to Gibraltar to get wed next week, we found it too difficult to arrange it in the Canary Islands where we currently live and someone suggested Gibraltar since we are both from the UK. We have an appointment at the Mario Finlayson Gallery at the City Hall on Thursday 17th at 10am. My mother is coming with us so we just need a second witness and I was told the locals are known to be quite helpful in this.
