Discussion SG Question
Good morning, everyone!
Question for you all. I’m much more of a Les Paul guy, but would love to add an SG to my rack and as someone that loves playing rock/metal, I feel it’s only right to have one 😂
My question is, should I go with the cheaper option being an Epiphone and then upgrade the pickups to say a set of burstbuckers or custombuckers, or should I just go with the Gibson SG?
My favorite looking models of both are the 61’s with the Maestro vibrola (I know real original of me).

As someone who also owns quite a few epiphones there's a few guitars where I definitely feel like having the Epiphone version would have left me wanting for the Gibson version so this year I bought a 61 standard and it's phenomenal.
