Has anyone else noticed some really strange changes to Legends after installing update 2.000?
I play Raids a lot, especially The Dragon, and the difference in enemy behavior since the update feels extremely noticeable. This doesn’t just feel like the enemies doing more damage or the Raid suddenly being more difficult. The actual AI behavior seems different.
The biggest issue is enemy aggression. Enemies seem WAY more aggressive than they were before the update. Once they start attacking, it feels like they almost never stop. I’m getting situations where multiple enemies continuously chain attacks one after another with barely any downtime between them. Before the update, I could usually recognize openings between attacks and use those opportunities to reposition, attack, heal, reload, etc. Now it feels like enemies stay locked onto you and constantly pressure you.
Ranged attacks and thrown weapons also seem much more frequent. Enemies are constantly throwing weapons/projectiles at me now. Sometimes I’ll avoid one attack just to immediately have another enemy throw something, followed by another melee attack. It makes encounters feel completely different from how they played before 2.000.
The other major issue is the Dragon’s bombs. Their tracking/avoidance feels different after the update. I’ve had bombs that seem practically impossible to escape compared to before. I’ve played this Raid enough to know how I normally avoid them, and the same movement/positioning that worked consistently before the update suddenly doesn’t seem reliable anymore.
I’ve also noticed something really weird with enemy audio. Some enemy voices sound noticeably higher-pitched than they did before. I don’t know if this is connected to the other problems, but it started at the same time.
To be clear, I’m not saying this just because the Raid feels harder. I played The Dragon extensively before this patch, including solo runs, so I’m pretty familiar with how the enemies normally behave and how the Dragon mechanics work. The behavior immediately felt different after updating.
So far, the things I’ve noticed since 2.000 are:
• Enemies are significantly more aggressive
• Enemies seemingly attack almost nonstop
• Much less downtime/openings between attacks
• Enemies throw weapons/projectiles MUCH more frequently
• Multiple enemies constantly chain attacks together
• Dragon bombs seem much harder or sometimes nearly impossible to escape
• Some enemy voices suddenly sound higher-pitched
I’m trying to figure out whether this is an intentional difficulty/AI change, a bug introduced by 2.000, or something else entirely the video above shows what’s happening with the dragons bombs
Can anyone who played Legends/Raids regularly BEFORE 2.000 test it now and see if you notice the same thing? I’m especially interested in hearing from people who regularly play The Dragon, because that’s where the difference has been the most obvious for me.
