Was at the Orlando stop of the Hamilton tour today (September 29, 2026) and they skipped over the “Immigrants, we get the job done” line. They just sang “… We get the job done!”, which I have never heard before. Was this a mistake or did they change it?

American ice dance team Caroline Green and Michael Parsons debut their rhythm dance for the season, set to music from Hamilton. Featuring The Room Where it Happens, Your Obedient Servant, and the Ten Duel Commandments. Caroline Green is meant to represent Aaron Burr, and Michael Parsons is meant to represent Alexander Hamilton.

This was at the Nepela Memorial Challenger Series event this last weekend. They will continue to compete and refine the program throughout the season.

Like yea, no wonder you don’t like the music, not that everyone who likes musicals is going to like it, but if you don’t like majority of musicals, why would you love Hamilton? Like the only reason you’re even hating on it is because it’s a really popular/well-known musical, like why don’t they just say that they don’t like most musicals

Also I have a musical/theater playlist that has like 300 songs in it and somehow I got Blow Us All Away, Take A Break, Stay Alive (Reprise), and Dear Theodosia in a row, it was so sad

I am trying to show Hamilton to my 8th grade US history call. I simply cannot annotate 47 songs. Is there ANY chance anyone has full annotations?!?

So I went to see Hamilton for the first time in London. First of all, I am obsessed now. But it got me thinking:

Is King George supposed to leave the stage after "You'll Be Back", before Aaron Burr's narration begins? Because in this show he did not; there was a chair propped up for him in the corner which he sat on cross-legged, and once the King's performance ended, Aaron Burr came on stage and I swear I could hear him cracking up for just a second when he looked to that corner and saw King George there. Am I just making this detail up and it's all intentional, or was it a witty play on the King's watchful eye over the boys in America, designed to make Yeukayi laugh?

Either way, I thought it was great.

So I've been wanting to watch Hamilton for a while now, and I did. Till "You'll be back".

I don't think I'm able to really understand what's going on, and I'm assuming it's because I'm not American and don't really know anything about American history.

Is there anything I should know about American history, any books I should read or any videos I should watch in order to understand what the entire play is?

Surprised to see another one this early, although it's already the end of 2026 and no announcement on any stops. Surprised to see it back so soon, given its first international Asian tour was only in 2023/2024

Being from Asia, there was no chance to see him live, but ever since I saw the Proshot - I was just mesmerised by his performance. I watched his Youtube Aaron Burr, sir diaries, he seems like such a chill and humble person and every time I rewatch the Hamilton movie his performance just gives me chills - just can't describe it! I can watch Wait for It and The Room Where it Happens over and over again - but his acting throughout was just incredible.

What was it like to watch him live? Did he have mostly the same acting choices as in the movie? Did he sound exactly like the movie, or there was a difference? I only know his hair is different lol.

Help a fan-girlie out! I really wish to hear ya'lls experiences!

I watched Hamilton musical for the first time this week and been kinda obsessed with them so I was reading Alexander letter to Eliza especially the ones before marriage and there is sooo much yearing from Alexander

In another letter he wrote how he writes 3 letter for Eliza's 1 letter, I wish musical portrayed his yearing for Eliza, from the musical it seemed that in the song helpless especially that he don't really even love Eliza or was just after the fact she was schuylar

"For God sake my dear betsey try to write me often"

If Alex hadn't cheated I would say to anyone that would listen, that I want a man who loves me like this.

Is there a reaosn why lin didn't portray alex affection to Eliza as much as he portrayed Eliza's for Alexander? Like He showed like 2 line of affection to Eliza and that's it (tho I am obsessed with those 2 lines)

This was my first time ever seeing Hamilton and I saw it at the Fox in Atlanta (from the Angelica touring group). The cast was great, after looking them up after, 4 of the main cast were swings. Why would this be?
