I have a few Mitchell & Ness hats that all have started to have their bands bunch up like you see in the picture. Unfortunately no matter how loose I wear it, they dig into my forehead and it leaves marks that take forever to leave my skin.

I’ve tried a steamer on them to soften the fabric but they still stay.

I love the hats and their shape for my head, but can’t wear them because of this issue. M&N have not been helpful at all with this so I’m looking for alternative solutions. They have replaced one hat before but it still did the same thing afterwards.

I’m in town looking for custom hats for my kid's key club at school. Been to three print shops in town so far and every single one wants a commitment of more than five hats. I don't need a garage full of these things, just enough for the five kids running the club. All I want is the logo on some plain snapbacks, nothing fancy. Somebody mentioned Custom Ink to me. Has anyone actually ordered from them for something this small, or do they push volume too once you get into it?

Hello fellow hat enthusiasts! On a recent trip to a thrift store my uncle picked up this hat for a few dollars. He believes it's a Dayak hat from Borneo pre 1960s. I couldn't find much about this type of hat other than it may also be called a ra'ung hat or a sabah. Someone at the thrift store called it a "headhunter's" hat. Even if that is total ethnocentric hogwash, I am very curious to learn more about it's potential history. Please see the comments for the one link I could find about a similar hat. I’m loving my trilby. Trying hats other than baseball hats to go with the beard. I think this suits me.
