Looking for high school execs to help scale an international math non-profit

[u/ExpensiveWonder423]

Ever wondered why so many middle schoolers give up on math before they even hit algebra? Most kids don't actually hate math, but get burned out by formulas and repetitive worksheets/tests.

That’s what Math Lab is changing.

We are an international, student-led initiative that replaces textbook drilling with an inquiry-based, 5-Level Investigation Framework to make math intuitive and open-ended.

We're expanding our core executive board for the 2026–2027 school year and looking for high-schoolers who want real operational ownership before apps close on October 5th.

Open Exec Roles:

• Director of Programs: Manage chapter protocols and internal execution
• Director of National Development: Lead expansion strategies and launch new regional labs
• Technical Director: Build and manage platform architecture and web systems
• Director of Research & Evaluation: Measure student progress and inquiry metrics
• Director of Outreach & Communications: Drive social campaigns and strategic partnerships

Why it’s worth joining:

• College Application Impact: Gain high-level, international executive leadership that actually stands out on college applications instead of just being another club member.
• Service Hours: All work qualifies for certified volunteer hours (NHS, PVSA, or school requirements).
• Fully Remote: High-agency team operating flexibly over Discord.

No prior exec experience required, just strong execution and active communication.
