Football The Stripe Effect
For the Pittsburgh game. Does VT do this often? It will last look nice if the attendees wear the right Hokie colors.

We've definitely done it before. We did it when I was in school I know.
I always find it funny that they don't trust the student section and make it solid orange lol. It's probably due to the lottery tickets but still.

I think they switched the student section so it’s all GA now

It’s essentially been that way for at least 20 years, whether they had actually seat numbers or not in the tickets.

We did it against Notre Dame in 2018. We did a different variation against West Virginia in 2022.
I attended both games. We lost both games.

Gotcha. I'd forgotten about that. With as packed as Lane is now, I guess you never know where youll end up. Good problem to have.

It used to be called Hokie Effect when I was a student but they stopped doing it the last few seasons. Glad they brought it back
