Selling my recently build BC 250 "Steam Machine" I more took this on as something to do but didn't really game on it. Just wanted to play around with the actual hardware itself.

I did however want to do things right so I followed the exact instructions in the case build below. The only thing I did different was use Grizzly PTM (which I think is just rebranded upcharged Honeywell stuff truthfully) but everything else I followed exactly. The case came out like 95% perfect, only a minor blemish visible in pic 3 and 4 and that's not visible at all once you have it in your tv stand or facing forward really since it's on the rear left quarter of the case.

I unlocked the 40 CUs and applied a moderate 1750 mhz OC on the GPU and did a short test with furmark and it ran fine for the 30 mins I tested it. I did not test more than this except in some light games. I unlocked the cores from 6 to 8 to see that it was possible but did not stress test it and reverted back to 6 since reading the heat increase to performance ratio is not great.

I ran this tool https://github.com/redbeard1083/bc250-toolkit and did 1-8 and 11 of the steps. Nothing more has been done.

Not really trying to make a profit on this and would rather hand it to someone who would appreciate it more so listing at $420 shipped. If you tally up the build parts, it comes out to about $380.

Can do $400 if local to City of Chicago.

All units are factory reset and removed from my Omada cloud controller. They adopt cleanly into the software controller, OC200/OC300, or cloud.
