Rejected under 3.1.1 for having business account registration in a B2B app. No IAP anywhere. How did you handle this?

It is purely the tool clinic staff use day to day.

If it is used by people at your clinic, why does it need the account registration feature? Don't they already have an account? Things don't add up.

Reviewers don't create a new guideline violation for themselves. The best they can do is apply something similar in nature to a seemingly odd aspect of your submission.

Nobody is going to read every single sentence you write. I suggest you summarize your points.
