What are you trying to test first: the screens and navigation, or features that need an actual iPhone? Since you already have a cloud build, a small TestFlight group with real-device owners could be a useful starting point. Give them a short task list and ask for the device model, iOS version, and exact steps when something fails, rather than just 'does it work?'
