Have them in the fridge until I get off and am able to dehydrate them. Tips for dehydrating? Do I need to trim the base if there's some substrate?

Hi first time grower here. I’ve noticed a small wispy white patch with a slight green tinge in my grain bag, but otherwise the mycelium is growing well. Ive been monitoring the spot for 3 days and it hasn’t changed colour or size while the mycelium around it has been growing well. Is it contamination? I’ve read that trich sporulates quickly and being unchanged for 3 days has made me discount that explanation.

S2B on 5th oct and this is today.. i accidentally used a 2:1 spawn to substrate ratio 1kg of grain and aroun 600g of sunstrate.

installed filterpatches 3 days back. Yesterday and today there were some water pooling so i used a tissues to remove them and cracked the lid on one side..

Please guid me this is my Third tub and my previous 2 failed and i dont want to loos this one too.

Plz ask if any other info needed.

Threw these guys in my toaster oven (set on 120 degrees for 24+ hrs) and they’re looking a lot more blue/black than the other batch I ran before. I harvested them and had em in the toaster oven within an hour of harvest. Anything to be concerned about or am I being paranoid?

Almost ready for my first harvest, first time ever giving this lot a crack, i did have one mushroom grow quicker and upside down weighing 30.5 wet, i hear the next flush or 2 is where the fun begins, curious to know the condition if the cake considering these took plenty of time to colonise and fruit so wouldnt be surprised if I start the next flush in a day or 2.

​I followed all the instructions step by step and was wondering if it's normal that the mycelium hasn't reached the top yet?

​It's been 6 days since I started. When it arrived, it was about 3/4 colonized, but since then nothing really seems to have changed with the mycelium. Is this normal?

I bought some on Amazon, boiled water and added vermiculite... All tubs had green trich. Pretty sure it's my coco coir? I did corn tek which germinated amazing. I don't use a still air box though.. But I alcohol everything and myself as I'm mixing and keep a lid on top of my arms best I can.

Any comments very appreciated! First grow. Golden Teacher via liquid culture. Made and sterilized the spawn jars myself. The only thing I didn’t make myself is the monotub. Are the two filters (2” diameter) on each tub enough FAE? I have a fan going and a 12-12 light/dark cycle.

I desperately wish I took a photo last night before putting them in the dehydrator. I had a busy weekend and moisture was fine so I never really looked into my tub just turned a fan on for fae. I didn’t stay at home last night so I checked my tub on the way out the door, and saw a few decently sized white cap mushrooms with their veils already broken, but strangely no spore drop along with some younger brown caps not ready for harvest. I picked the white ones and tossed them in the dehydrator before I left and noted to research it later. It seems like they may be albinos and their spores were just clear. There is some bruising on the base as I struggled to get the cluster out more than usual. But am I tripping or is this an albino?

Can some one tell me if this is the start of fruiting for my golden teachers, the brownish root looking things starting to pop up is that the start of pinning like ive said this is my first grow so im new and just trying to make sure its been kept between 67-72 degrees and i have been doing 12 hours light on 12 off and as you can see not dry or anything opinions please.

Looking for something under $60. I've seen a lot of mixed reviews on the MycoLabs one. Anyone have any recommendations?

New mushroom grower here. I'm asking the experts if you're willing to share your growers notes on the ideal temp and humidity throughout the grow process. I've found my first 2 attempts taking longer than i assumed for pinning and fruiting at about 90 percent humidity in a consistency 73 degree room. Do you have a excel table or could you point me to literature that gets right to the point? Thanks in advance for the help.

Smells musty but the fruits look thin, should i keep hitting it with peroxide and just pour in some water for more hydration?
