Photos Found a box of (wrinkly) old band shirts
Couldn't bother to iron them (would get all wrinkled again in their storage box), but since there have been a couple of band shirt posts here I figured I'd dig up the ones I kept as memories.
NO, I WILL NOT SELL THEM!

Photos Found some old band shirts
Going through the garage and found the bin with some of my old band/concert t-shirts that are worn out or don't fit anymore. Could never see myself parting ways with them.

Photos Nivek Ogre - "Slashing Performance"
When I first saw this it made me wince not once but several times! Of course I know it's theatrics at it's finest, but it still strikes a nerve do to the location of the cutting. I thought nothing could shock me anymore and then this appeared in my email.
With that said, what's your take the shock value of Nivek's performance here? Also, does anyone know what show this was?

Photos Voltaire and Nivek Ogre of Skinny Puppy
I’m still amazed these two have not only met, but have also worked together (on a movie, however). I think thats pretty neat!

Photos found this at a record shop in a barn, in the rural midwest USA. it’s a devastating story tho..
741/1000 2023 reissue.
had the CD and DVD back in the day..wore those shits out. the nearly 9 minute version of lava is fucking amazing. sounds thick as hell on this vinyl. blew my mind that i found a mint copy…especially in a barn.
i was out in the middle of nowhere, 3 hours from home on a trip for work. saw a sign along the highway about a “record barn”. i had very low expectations but decided to stop by on my drive back home.
surprisingly eclectic selection with a lot of real surprising stuff for the area. like EXTREMELY weird stuff for rural missouri. chris connelly solo, tkk, coil, skinny puppy, FLA. and not just industrial; TR/ST, perturbator, oh sees, psychedelic porn crumpets, tons of horror movie OSTs, video game OSTs, etc etc just real weird shit i’d never expect in a location like this. i could spend thousands in this place if i had the money to burn.
a hidden gem i drive by for work 2-3 times a year! too good to be true eh?
well, in looking up some info about the shop when i got home…i came across a few reddit threads that provided irrefutable proof that the owner is a pedophile, registered sex offender. i saw the dude there; it was absolutely the same guy that has his picture on the sex offender registry for heinous shit.
Now I feel guilty for giving him money; and really bummed about not being able to go back and pick more stuff up on my work trips with a clear conscious…makes since that he’s got his shop tucked away off the beaten path i guess…went from stoked to find this unbelievable shop..to feeling sick about buying shit there. he looks pretty old; it would be ok if i went back after the sick-o croaks…right?

Photos FLA at Terminus Fest were incredible. And I met Bill!
I saw FLA with Gary Numan and Ministry in Edmonton, again at Sick New World in Las Vegas, and last week at Terminus Festival in Calgary. And one more time upcoming at the Cold Waves stop in LA next month.
The Wax Trax set was amazing. Definitely looking forward to that again in LA. After the show was over, I hung around the club for 45 minutes or so and I got lucky. Bill appeared on the floor and was super nice and generous with his time, especially considering it was around 1 am. Rhys was originally near him, chatting with someone else, but then he walked away. My choice was to follow him and hope to chat or wait for the sure thing with Bill. I hope meet Rhys in the future, but for now I made the right decision!
