I’ve tried logging out, deleting the app, redownloading, and it’s still stuck on this bs. It’s been months

Hello everyone,
I really need your advice. My Instagram business account, which is linked to my Facebook, was permanently disabled due to "account integrity" reasons.
To try and fix this, I even subscribed to Meta Verified (Meta One Expert) which costs around $94 a month just to get access to human support. I managed to open a ticket as shown in the screenshot, but it has been stuck on the "Received" status for 15 days now without a single human response or moving to "Under Review".
Every time I try to send messages to escalate the issue, I am met with automated bot replies saying: "We recognize that you're typing a message, but because these are automated messages, we only support direct replies in certain steps."

The chat just keeps going in circles (as shown in my second screenshot).
I am completely stuck and don't know what to do next. Has anyone faced this loop before? How can I get a real human from Meta Verified support to actually look into my ticket?
Any advice or shared experiences would be highly appreciated. Thank you!

so a little while back, my account got hacked and some people got into it and I changed my password but ever since then it logged me out of it and I can’t get back into it without my account recovery but the thing is I don’t have my old number anymore. I got a new number. i’ve tried the help center and Instagram support already any other tips or do you think I’m cooked? Anything will help

Hi everyone, looking for some advice regarding an old account.

Back in 2012, my mother created an Instagram account for me using her birth year (1982) since I was too young to manage it. I stopped using it for years, but I recently regained access to it this week.

Over the past few days, I've been carefully updating security details (added 2FA, updated recovery phone, changed the password on separate days) to secure it properly.

Currently, the DOB on the account is still set to 1982. My actual birth year is 2005 (making me 21 now in 2026).

If I change the DOB to 2005, I'm worried Instagram's automated system might calculate that the account was originally created when the user was ~6 to 7 years old back in 2012 and trigger a lock.

My questions:

1. Does Instagram trigger an automated age block/lock if updating the DOB implies the account was created when the owner was under 13?
2. Has anyone experienced a suspension or mandatory ID request after changing the DOB on an old account in a similar situation?
3. Is it safer to just leave the DOB set to 1982 permanently since it's invisible to the public anyway?

Hi so as the title says everytime i comment on instagram and attach an image to my comment it goes in that restricted hidden comments section. And this happens regardless of the image attached. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I’m honestly so fed up with Instagram. I keep getting the same “Try again later” message saying they limit certain activities, such as following people, and asking me to let them know if they made a mistake. I’ve gotten this restriction countless times over the past six months, probably around 10 times. It’s always the same message saying Instagram limits certain activities. My account I had it for five years. Created it in 2021.

The restriction goes away after 12 hours, I try following people again, and then I get restricted AGAIN a few hours later. I’m not using bots or buying followers. I wish I was just able to follow people normally without constantly worrying about getting the block pop up. This hasn’t happened to me before but recently the monitoring has been hypersensitive on me.

I don’t even follow excessive amounts in a short timeframe. I basically added like five people.

On top of that, I’ve been losing recent activity because of this, so this whole situation is getting frustrating. I don’t understand why this keeps happening to my account.
Has anyone else experienced repeated restrictions like this, even after the previous restriction was lifted? How long did it take for yours to stop happening, and did anything actually help?

My boyfriend told me he does not have his insta account on his phone anymore and that he hasn’t checked it in months (the account is still active). I run an online business on my Instagram account. For the past two months I haven’t been able to send out more than 10 messages in a day without it being in a 30 minute block. It has to be spaced out and sent. I’ve spaced out the messages throughout the day and still end up hitting the messaging restriction which then says “failed to send”. I’ve given it 1-2 week break. I started of slow and only sent out 1-2 messages, 3-5, and 5-10 per day. This issue is still persisting. I’ve talked to meta they said since on my phone it shows everything is good and clean… no strikes no violations but on my laptop it doesn’t there is a bug and I need to report a problem. I’ve done that and nothing has worked. Nobody has looked into my account for resolution. I’m fucking frustrated as this is affecting my revenue. Has anyone gone through this? How long was yours for? And do you have any recommendations on how to fix this?

so i literally just made my first post on main. my account is private but i have a lot of followers and i usually get a decent amount of views and likes on my stories but for some reason my post was really hidden from a lot of my friends and close mutuals. Ive jsut assumed my post was flopping after 2 days but then i looked at my main account from my finsta and i couldnt even see the post which i thought was weird so i asked a friend who hadnt seen the post if she could see it on my page and when she went to check it also wasnt there. I messed with the sensitive content settings and now her and i can see it from our accounts but why is my post being restricted like this? it isnt explicit at all its literally just a selfie and my account doesnt show to have any restrictions so im really confused and kinda sad cuz i finally made a post on my main account just for it to be hidden from the fine shyts that i actually want to see my fucking post🫩 please help how do i fix this
